Long pose digital figure painting of standing female figure drawing model. Started with the pencil tool in black on gray ground and then added highlights, some shadows, red and green with a flat brush tool. Felt like it captured the character of the model and possibly some of the likeness. The monitor used the same color backgrounds as last time with this model so that is why is looks like the post from September 23rd.
This was a long pose and the model picked a pose with a strong twist. She had some trouble holding it and the left arm was shift around a bit a result, but it was nice to be able to work on a pose with strong contrast. Had some trouble with the drawing but eventually got it sorted out. Just black pencil on gray ground.
Hour long pose with a seated female figure drawing model. This model is one of my favorites and the pose had a nice twist to it. Started with gray ground then used a black pencil followed by some black and white flat brush work.
This was a long standing pose of a female figure drawing model. Gray ground with black pencil, followed by black, white, red and green flat brush work. Way pretty happy with this and I will post the video.
