These were some quick sketch portraits. I have not been posting much recently but I did like the way these came out as a set. Each was about 5 minutes and in addition to the black pencil tool I added white highlights to some of them.
This was a side view of a standing female figure drawing model. Duration of the pose was about 25 minutes. I have started to use a new program called Fresco and it has been a bit of an adjustment from sketchbook.
This was a 25-minute pose that I had a pretty straight profile during. Started with black pencil tool and then added the white highlights. I have not been posting much recently but hope to start posting more.
These were two 25-minute poses. First was the torso, which was a nice pose, and second was the portrait. I arranged the two drawing to fit and merged the layers into one. The portrait has some highlights in white. Haven’t been posting much recently but hope to post more going forward.
Today is holiday so I went to the studio and did a long pose digital portrait painting. 3/4 view of a female model with pencil tool and black, brown, white and blue. Some lost edges and use of color for depth and temperature. This took about 3 hours.
It has been a while since I posted as I have not been doing as much drawing as I would like. What I have been doing, the overall quality level was not what I would have liked. However, this group of figures I did at one open studio and then collaged them together. The figure on the left was rotated to fit in with the two on the right.
This portrait was a 30-minute pose. I think it came out looking a little like the Delphic Sibyl, but obviously not on the same level as the original. Mostly just the expression looks similar.

This was a 25-minute pose which came out pretty well. I had been having some challenges with my drawing recently, but I started drawing more lightly and it seemed to fix the problems.
